  1. Start your day with a glass of water
    Before coffee or tea – yes, really!

  2. Carry a water bottle everywhere
    In your bag, backpack, or on your desk

  3. Remind yourself to sip every hour
    Small sips – even if you’re not thirsty

  4. Check the color of your urine
    Light yellow = great
    Dark = time to hydrate!

  5. Eat water-rich foods
    Cucumbers, watermelon, tomatoes, strawberries, oranges

  6. Limit soda and sugary drinks
    Opt for water or homemade ayran

  7. Bring water to your workout or walk
    Drink before, during, and after physical activity

  8. Double your intake in hot weather
    When it’s hot, drink more than usual!
